Please note, all nominated families must have a place to prepare and cook.

• Please remember we need the first and last name of an adult in the household or a meal will not be delivered.
• Please double check the phone number and address.
• Our preference is to allocate one box per address. (While we understand that there may be exceptions, if families share a common kitchen, we would like to extend the distribution of these boxes to benefit additional households.)
• Saturday November 22nd is our delivery day!
