Meet the Leadership Team
The Youth Leadership Council will be led by Program Director Prosper, a member of the Thanksgiving Heroes Board of Directors who will serve as the primary mentor for our council. With years of experience working with youth and leading mentorship programs, Prosper brings a deep passion for helping young people grow into confident, capable leaders. Supporting him are Program developers Mariah and Paige Adams, who many in the Thanksgiving Heroes community may recognize. Having volunteered with Thanksgiving Heroes since its founding in 2015, they were raised in a home rooted in service and gratitude, inspired by their father, Rob Adams. Together, this team is dedicated to building a meaningful program that guides and supports the next generation as they grow into lives of leadership and service.
