Delivery Drivers/Traffic Control Needed — Thanksgiving Heroes (Utah)
Help us deliver full Thanksgiving meal kits right to Utahns’ doorsteps. We need 800+ delivery drivers for a one-day push.
When: Saturday, Nov 21st
Where: Draper Utah, Address will be sent after registration.
What You’ll Do as a Driver:
Pick up meal-kit boxes at our Draper hub, receive a route, and deliver each meal with dignity. Most routes take 1–2 hours.
What to Bring:
- A great attitude
- A vehicle that can fit 3–5 large meal-kit boxes
- Your driver QR code, which will be emailed to you a few days before the event
Each box weighs approximately 65 pounds, but volunteers will be available to load your vehicle. Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly when registering so you receive your QR code.
What You’ll Do — Traffic Control
Guide delivery drivers into the safest and fastest pickup lane, manage incoming traffic, prevent line cutting, and help keep the experience positive and organized for everyone.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, confident giving clear directions, and comfortable addressing drivers when needed.
Note: This is a delivery-only/Traffic opportunity (no packing shifts available).
